As you know, I am William from Rhode Island. Today, we are going to talk about the role of motivation. Of course, there are many types of motivation when it comes to playing. Trainers should understand their individual importance and balance them to keep their players active.

Here are a few ways to foster players –

  • Encourage exploration– We all know that players are often motivated by exploration, mastery, and success. Even positive feedback helps players to achieve excellence. As a trainer, one should motivate players to explore new techniques to play smartly.

  • Reward system– According to some expert, reward system can productively motivate players. They not only play well, but also get recognition.

  • Mindset– It helps players to stay ahead and expand their working zone. It also helps them to push envelop as well as exhibit their talents as well as skills.

  • Interaction– We know that social interaction is a key to motivation; hence, trainers should encourage interaction among team members.

  • Develop abilities– Varied form of abilities help players to stay motivated towards their ambitious goals. Trainers should focus on developing their overall abilities and clarify misinterpretations and misunderstandings.

  • Expectations – Trainers should never set high expectations, because it is not necessary that they are met. Therefore, it is advisable to set realistic expectations that are believable and achievable.

In other words, progressive mindset helps them to succeed in their life in a productive way.
